This Recipe will give you a quick, healthy and delicious alternative to snacking on high sugar, processed snacks. With only four ingredients this recipe will take no longer than 10 minutes.

Some of the benefits include increased slow release energy and a longer filling sensation through the protein in this snack. So you want want to nip to the fridge again within the next 30 minutes. Protein also aids in muscles growth whilst bananas are high in antioxidants and fiber.

The Recipe

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 30 Grams Instant Oats

That’s it! Mix in a blender and fry in a small amount of coconut oil. Eat with some berries or a fruit of your choice on the side.
