It’s inevitable that sometimes we won’t have much time to cook ourselves a nutritionally dense meal. For those times, it’s still vital that we fill our bodies with some nutrition. This recipe is a great alternative on those days and will take no longer than 3 minutes.
- 100 ml Milk of your choice (I prefer Rude Health Almond Milk)
- 150 ml water
- 75 grams mixed frozen or fresh berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mix in a blender or smoothie maker and your ready to go!
